Terra Luna follows a 21 day return / exchange policy, starting from the time the order is delivered to the customer.
We assure a full refund for the item(s), subject to it being received in an unused condition with its barcodes, tags and packaging intact, within 21 days of receipt of the goods.
Only full price products are eligible for exchange / return. Sale and special price items are not eligible for returns / exchanges.
If the customer wishes to exchange a product for a different style, then they can choose to do so by selecting a product(s) of a bill value that is equivalent to the original purchase price.
In case the replacement product is not available, then it is the brand's discretion to decide if the replacement product can be arranged within a mutually agreeable period or whether the brand will refund the money.
A reverse pickup will be done by us.
When you return your order either fully or partially, the value of the returned merchandise will be credited to your account within 7-10 days of receipt of merchandise in good condition at our office.
Please pack the products to be returned properly and handover the courier to our delivery partner with the following address, mentioning your order number and enclosing your invoice copy:

Terra Luna will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer against the returns. Customer takes complete responsibility for the accuracy of information provided for returns.
We are not able to cancel orders once they are collected by our delivery partners. If so, the order can be cancelled only after receipt of delivery by the customer. For all accepted cancellations, we will refund your money within 7-10 working days or exchange for another available size or product, as you prefer.
